Payment by credit card

Online payment by credit card is accepted on the Site. Are accepted Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard. Electron or Maestro cards, e-cards, Indigo and American Express cards are not accepted.

The Customer will be redirected to the personalized payment page of SAKURA SPORT, on the website of its partner payment provider, LCL. The bank details entered by the Customer on this page are encrypted. They are collected and processed only by the payment provider, in compliance with the Regulation applicable to the protection of personal data. The payment will be made in accordance with the general conditions applicable to the secure payment service of the payment provider, accessible on its website.

In the event that the debit of the Price proves impossible, the sale will be immediately resolved and the Order cancelled.

Payment by bank transfer

The Customer accesses a page summarizing the price of the Order and the payment currency. To confirm the order and pay by bank transfer, the Customer is asked to select «payment by bank transfer» and click on «I confirm my order».

The Customer is required to immediately make the bank transfer to the account of SAKURA SPORT,

In the event that SAKURA SPORT does not receive the bank transfer within 15 working days of the Order, the sale will be immediately resolved and the Order cancelled. The delivery periods defined in Article 5 of this Agreement shall only begin to run from the date of actual receipt of payment by the Customer, the latter being able to prove it by any means.

Payment by cheque

The Customer accesses a page summarizing the price of the Order and the payment currency. To confirm the order and pay by cheque, the Customer is asked to select «payment by cheque» and click on «I confirm my order». The Customer is obliged to immediately send a cheque payable to SAKURA SPORT, at 8 rue de Concressault 45360 CERNOY EN BERRY. In the event that SAKURA SPORT does not receive the cheque within 15 working days of the Order, the sale will be immediately resolved and the Order cancelled. The delivery periods defined in Article 5 of this Agreement shall only begin to run from the date of actual receipt of payment by the Customer, the latter being able to prove it by any means.
